Department of Cornea and Refractive Surgery
Overview
The Department of Cornea and Refractive Surgery deals with complicated eye diseases of the cornea and anterior segment of the eye. The department offers modern equipment and treatment facilities such as corneal cross-linking and corneal transplant as well as the latest excimer laser facility for removal of glasses. The department records the highest number of corneal transplants in Pakistan with about 800 corneal transplants performed annually.
