Al-Shifa Institution of Eye Care (ASIEC) is a non-profit 501(C) (3) organization registered in the United States, serves as the U.S.-based support arm of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Pakistan, a leading non-profit organization in Pakistan, dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality ophthalmic care to all. Through ASIEC, donors across the United States contribute to vital medical programs, helping prevent blindness and transform lives through sustainable, transparent healthcare initiatives.

Every contribution to ASIEC directly supports Al-Shifa's network of hospitals and outreach programs, enabling free eye surgeries, advanced treatments, and community-based eye camps. Together, we are not only restoring sight but rebuilding independence and dignity for thousands of individuals across Pakistan.

Al-Shifa Trust UK, is a registered UK Charity (registration Number 1077363), and has the sole purpose and aim is to work for the prevention of “preventable blindness” and for the cure of “curable blindness” in Pakistan and elsewhere in the world. All funds raised in the UK are donated to Al-Shifa Trust, Pakistan, and then distributed for charitable causes as required by the donors.

The UK Trust directors regularly visit Pakistan to ensure the funds are being appropriately distributed. Al-Shifa Trust UK is registered for Gift Aid.
