Orbit and Oculoplastic
Overview
The Department of Orbit and Oculoplastic deals with tumors of eyes, reconstruction of birth defects, and treatment of trauma injuries through modern plastic surgery techniques. Oculoplastics is a sub-specialty dedicated to plastic and reconstructive surgery of eyelids, eyebrows, forehead, cheeks, orbit, and lacrimal (tear) system. The new Eye Cancer Unit also operates under this department. This deals with Ocular oncology its diagnosis and treatment of a variety of eye cancers and tumors.
The Center for Eye Cancer that operates under this department deals with the diagnosis and comprehensive management all types of eye cancers including surgery, chemotherapy and rehabilitation.
