Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Chakwal was established in the year 2018-19 on Talagang Road near Murid Bridge (around 10 Km from Chakwal). The hospital was inaugurated on 13 th July, 2021 by President Al-Shifa Trust, Maj Gen Rehmat Ali Khan(Retd).
The hospital has 2 OPD blocks and caters to a large number of patients from Chakwal, Sargodha, Mianwali, Talagang, Bhalwal , Kot Momin, Pindi Gheb, and other surrounding areas.
